I can't buy a phone plan service, it gives me XXX error code. I changed my password or anything but no use

I too have had similar issues in the past. Make sure you are not using a VPN when attempting to purchase a plan thru PM.

Please note, you can only get a subscription and activate a SIM/eSIM on the PM app. You can’t do it online anymore.

@GhazalAbdollahi you need to use PM app to subscribe (even you started on the browser, it will ask you to finish it using the app, so, better to start using the app from beginning)

yes, I made a new account to buy a new subscription, basically switching from Koodoo to PM. I already did that but no use. Also I haven't used PM app

did you try using the Public Mobile App? If not, download and try make a new account with another email
if you have been using PM app, you will probably need to uninstall the app, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Again, better to try with a new account with another email
