can's logon?

I am trying to set up my new phone with the SIM card they sent me and when i try to logon i have been getting this message, so i am unable to logon

No problem here. It works as expected.

Use computer and clean browser. Try incognito mode.

you must download the free PM app to successfully activate your new PM account. Have you done that part ?

i don't think you were using Public Mobile app.  Download it from your app store and login using the app to finish the subscription process

if still have problem, then please ask support agent to help.    please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
