started service yesterday with correct esim set up, rebooted ph too!
still can not get incoming calls - who can fix this? who can credit my account for lack of service?

the porting request was not done. Did you get a port authorization text from your old carrier? you replied yes within 90 mins?
call the porting support team and ask them for the status update or re-initiate the porting request for you. I will send you the phone number to your community inbox
