Voice not working in US

Voice, data and text were working in Canada,

After crossing into US only data and text works.

cannot make or receive any calls.

Tried turning phone off and on, as well as airplane mode off and on.

The customer is having issues with voice calls. In this situation, the data roaming settting is irrelevant.  In addition to that, data is actually already working, so it must already be turned on.

is your phone on this list? if yours not in the list, then it is a problem with VOLTE

hi @RRP the roaming voice problem probably because your phone not on PM's VoLTE whiteliste.  What phone is that?

try connect to T-Mobile and check if voice work on the 2G network

if not, you need to use other VoIp app like TextNow to make and receive calls on the app (TextNow will give you another phone number)
