@Abuhwaidi Let's clear the confusion here. Are you already with Public Mobile and have access to self-serve account? If yes, you can change your plan yourself like @Dunkman mentioned above.

In your self service account, you can change plans yourself. Either choose immediately or at next renewal (which is tomorrow). I would choose immediately. As long as you have enough funds or sign up for autopay, you should be able to change.
If that does not work, let us know.

Posting this in a public forum will not get your plan active, you either have to contact @CS_Agent for login to your PM account and activate it there.
