i have a canada and usa account. i am currently in the US and cannot receive nor accept phone calls.

If you don't have a VoLTE compatible phone, you will have voice calling issues while roaming in the USA:

@itay , what phone you have?
try connect to T-Mobile, it has a 2G network and it will get calls better that way

@itay, check to see if you are connecting to either T-Mobile or AT&T. If you are connecting to one of them and it's not working then make sure Network Selection is not set to Automatic and try manually connecting to the other carrier. Also make sure you have Data roaming on. You might want to set your Voice & Data to 4G to be on the safe side as AT&T does not seem to work well with 5G. Some customers have said that they were able to connect to Verizon but from personal experience it did not work for me. One other note, if your device is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist then you will likely need to connect to T-Mobile's 2G as the US no longer supports 3G
