Hi,
My call/data service stopped today. And I have a message in App saying "your plan has expired".
I signed my plan in Jan 25, 2026 with 50% discount for 60G/$20 after discount. It worked in the first 2 months. Then it suddenly stopped working today and let me renew without discount at @40$+tax. Please help, and I'm not going to pay $40 a month.

@yyuan1 , has the discount fallen off based on the payment information in your account? I would suggest using the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket to this this resolved.
