No service, no data!

I put in a ticket earlier about not having the 5g service I had subscribed to. Now about 6 hours later I have been demoted from 4 to 3g service, and I have no data as well. I can't send photos or anything. All I can do is text or call. I can't even access the internet on my phone! Something is wrong, and there is no one to contact.

Try something that has worked for some folks.

Turn on Airplane mode for 10 minutes. Then, after 10 minutes, turn off the phone for 5 minutes. Then turn it back on and after it's restarted, turn off airplane mode. This reconnects you to the Public Mobile network and may help reconnect your data.

First, what phone do you have?

People are using  4G or LTE for as good the connection as 5G, so, your issue is honestly not because you are not using 5G

Please proceed with a Reset Network Settings after a device reboot and try again

If same, then you might need to update your APN if you are using Android, or update the Carrier Profile if you are using iPhone
