business name showing up on caller id

i used to own a business and the business name would appear on the caller id of the person i was calling. i since closed my business and i dont want that name showing up any longer. is there a way to remove it?

@Matxican  I don’t think public mobile had caller name/ID just show your phone number . Maybe ask support to help with this or choose a new number in your account profile page 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

PM does not send name with caller id, they just send number

The reason it shows a business name is that your phone was using some phone number-name lookup service, like Samsung uses Hiya.  This is not something with PM and PM cannot help with that. You can to check which service your phone uses and contact the service and ask them to update the name
