hello, i purchased public then when putting a sim card i bought from amazon it snapped in half, i cant access the eversafe thing because it asks me to confirm full access with the phone number.. which i cant do because well. the sim card got snapped!
please help me, there is no option to send a email code
This may sound crazy, @robertbrant87 , but you're certain the outer adapters simply haven't dislodged from the SIM card itself, are you? If they have, simply snap them back on if you need a micro or standard size, and not the smallest nano sized.
Keep in mind after all is done, try for a refund.
