Hello. I can't Activate my sim card. The app is only allowing esim activation. I have not activated the esim. I see no other options for activation of a physical sim card in the app

A physical SIM card never even has to go into a phone to activate it.

Try uninstall and reinstall the app after a device reboot
If still don't see the option, try start the activation using the web browser and use another email address to setup a second account. But remember, after payment step, you will still need to use the app to complete

what kinda cellphone...maybe it won't take hard sim.
