I just upgraded my IPhone and was able to transfer all of my data except my cell service. When removing my SIM card from my old phone, it broke in half. How can I get my cell phone to work. I have my SIM card number written down. HELP!

If SIM card is broken, you will need to replace with new physical SIM card.
It might be easier to switch to eSIM. Download the PM app on your new phone. Login into your PM account and then purchase new eSIm for $5. Then the eSIM will be installed on your new phone.

so, your physical sim card is now broken?
buy a new sim card from Telus or Koodo store , or from Amazon
once you have the new sim card, you can login My Account and update the sim card number from Profile page. You will need to change the way to receive 2FA since you cannot receive it via sms. Click Didn't Receive Code or Resend code and choose Send email (or choose Send Voice Message and call yourself from another phone to get the 2FA message)
if you still cannot get the code, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
