Hello! I recently bought a phone plan and my phone is incompatible with e-sim. How do I get a refund/go about a different route to access the public mobile network?

@azulblue yes, iPhone 8 does not come with eSIM, you need to go back to physical sim

@azulblue - you tagged CS_Agent, but do you know that we are customers just like you here, not public mobile representatives?
Is there a reason why you need an eSIM, rather than a physical sim card?

@azulblue what phone do you have?
You can change to physical sim card
Get it from
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request

@azulblue @Get a physical SIM card from Telus Koodo store but call around first for availability or you can order one from Amazon also
