Billed twice on two consecutive days for same amount...august 17 and august 18 , 25$....????

@bob40798 any chance one of them just a pending charge?
If you login to My Account and check the Payment history, does it show just one transaction? And was your renewal date August 17 or August 18?
Also , was it just your first renewal and you joined around July 18 or 19? If that was the case, do you recall any error during activation and you need to activate twice?

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
do you see that amount at Available Fund? if yes then ok keep it for next cycle will be taken from there automatically.
if no see it then contact to support team by > CS_Agent

Have you checked in your credit card that two times money got debited? Sometimes it may reflect twice in PM account but only one time money will be debited
