@Johnny_G your PM account still active? you can receive friend's text without problem?
Try reboot your phone once
you should check with your new provider first and ask them to resend the porting request
If after could hours still not working, then open ticket with PM Support using this direct link

When you finally do receive the text you will need to text YES to the confirmation text and will have 90 mins to do so
