i think you meant the 2FA still sending to your old number

what you need to do is to get the code via email first, then go back My Account and update

To get the code via email, login, and click Didn't Receive code or Resend code, choose Send email..

After you got the code via email and logged in, go to My Account , Profile, and click Manage EverSafe ID to update the phone number

if you still cannot login, ask PM agent to help,  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

Hello @Vickie68_ 

A couple of things to add here. With regards to the app not changing your number, this is how I fixed mine.

1. This was for the benefit of the phone. Turned on airplane mode for 10-15 minutes. Then turned off for 5, restarted my phone and turned off airplane mode. This reconnects the phone to the Public Mobile network. This will in turn tell your phone you have a new number.

2. Depending on which phone you are using, Android or iPhone, with Android, go into your settings, apps, find the PM app and open the app settings. Clear the cache and then data. Restart your phone and then log back in. It should change. If it's an iPhone, delete the app, restart phone, redownload the app and it should be updated.

What happens when somebody calls your new number?  Can you receive the call?  

Sometimes caching issues.  Might want to logout of your PM app and login again.
