After lost phone, current Eversafe's 2FA approach won't let customer login to report it!

@Bryan316 , have you signed on at least once using the eversafe ID system? If you have then the above noted method will allow the option to use email for 2FA, otherwise the option will not be available to you. I think the forgot password route might work for 2FA.

@Bryan316 AT the moment, the 2FA is not designed to send to backup phone
However, still no worry, you can have the code send to email. When you see the login trying to send to your phone, click Resend code and you will be given the choice to send to email instead
