adding prepurchased minutes to an account

I have purchased a sim and $40 card from gas station.  When setting up my account, it only asks for credit card for payment instead of pin number for the card I purchased.  How do I go about this

@Chris45    the $40 card is a Public Mobile card?  that is a voucher.  That cannot be used for activation.  You will need a credit card or Prepaid Visa to activate. So, best to get a prepaid visa from the gas station

@Chris45 Sorry, voucher cannot be used for activation anymore  😞

But no worry, you can keep the voucher for renewal use.

For now, please get a prepaid Visa card from store and use it for activation.

Once activated, you can load your voucher to your account and it can then be used towards renewal
