added 4G plan does not show on my phone

added 4G plan to my current plan but my phone does not show that I have 4G

@Dino99 - to check your balance of your data, call 611. This will give you your total balance of your plan and any addon data you have left on your account.

If you are seeing 2GB and 611 tells you a higher amount, then your plan may be going through renewal or this is just a cache issue on your browser or device.

tried that do not see any change. I would like to see the new 20 gb on my plan I still see only 2 gb

if you just changed it today, try tapping the little refresher icons or clearing system cache and cookies, and logging into self-serve again.

reboot your device or try resetting your network connections.

You can also manually select the LTE or 4G option, which are synonymous with each other.
