@ubonboy  It’s still possible to downgrade plan price just not many options like before when we could bounce around to all plans , I agree it dose seem like it’s just one way street to upgrade plans . But I can still downgrade to the $30 plan while on $34-and $35 plan even some on $45 plan see the $30 to downgrade to but it is compromise less data and slower speed

actually downgrade still possible for many of us,  just there are not many choices

And the reason to all that is PM is pushing for targeted marketing and the system picks the possible choice for each customer

PM only allow you to upgrade plan for more cost. Not allow to downgrade.

@Wesley123123123  Sorry we can only change to the targeted offers available  to us in our accounts despite what we see in the website . But depending what plan your on and what plan you want for example is you see the $30 plan to change to you can make immediate plan change to it and then the $35 MEX roaming plan should appear and make plan change for next renewal to it . Cheaper then porting number out and back in on desired plan
