I need to purchase an add-on now and I cannot get any other page from the home page to do this.

I need it now, why is the website not working please?

@cdef2 what add-on you need??

 

According to another post, there are add-ons other than Roaming.

I just tried it myself with a regular data addon, except that I didn't finish the purchase as I do not need the addon at the moment

Unfortunately, the 611 service only has roaming add-ons (adding - and data, no other talk) available. Which add-on are you needing?

@cdef2 first try Incognito mode as advised.  If still does not work, try calling *611 and but it there with your 4 digits pin. If you forgotten the pin, reset it at My Account 's Profile page

I am able to login presently to my account and shop for add on. 

The website is finicky.  Try to clear cache or incognito/private mode. Or a different web browser or even different device.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
