I can not make or receive calls the robot says that I have no USA roaming, but I am in Calgary not in USA

It sounds like a glitch on Teus network but go to the Network Settings of your phone and see if it is on PM.
Calgary is a long way from the border!

@kingabrassay first, login to My Account and confirm if your account status is Active or suspended
Also, you got a recoding saying you need roaming when you make calls? if so, you are caught with one of the recent glitch. No worry, PM support cam easily fix it for you. Please open ticket with them
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
