I need help trying to complete my activation. I tried to create a new email as well as you. New username went to go pay with my Visa debit but does not want to complete transaction stating me. Please use different pay method

Ummm... if you were able to send the 6 digit code to your account and then enter the digits manually, you are pretty much in your account. You have full access to your account. Make any and all changes you want.

Yes, the first option I was able to send the code to my email, but the code to fully access my account, it is only saying it needs to be sent to a phone number

Hate to say it but you may have to hit it a few times till it pops up. I think it's a flaw sometimes. lol.

yes, before the account is fully setup, the send email won't appear. Just wait for agent to reply

Right. But like I stated below, you don't need your phone to get the 6 digit code. You can either choose send it by email or call. Clearly calling you is out. LOL. But the email would have worked.

Yes, I rebooted my phone, I re-inserted the sim card. I don't have service, I can't fully access my PM account since I can't receive the code sent as SMS

That's an easy fix. You'll see a part that reads.... Didn't get code? Click on that a few times until you get a box that opens and gives you a choice to send you an email. Don't cut and paste, enter the 6 digits manually

sound like the sim was not setup on the system properly. Just submit a ticket with agent and they will fix it

What errors are you getting? Have you rebooted your phone?
