switched from koodo to public mobile at 930am today .but did not receive any instructions before my phone was deactivated .my public account is active .do i insert my new public mobile card into the phone to continue the activation process. i dont know to do .can someone please help me. thanks.

@macritchie Did you leave the Koodo SIM card in the phone and reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? If yes then certainly put the PM SIM card in the phone and reboot the device . If your Koodo SIM card no longer works then port should be complete and welcome to public mobile 🙂

hi @macritchie you were using the app to subscribe and got to step 6 Finalizing the activation? did you receive text from Koodo asking for your permission to port
try out in the PM sim card and test inbound and outbound calls
if no inbound calls, then port not done , check with PM porting support team and confirm. I will send you the number to PM Porting support team Please check your community inbox
