activating my esim

Hi,

Just installed my eSim and transferred my old number over and it's trying to send me a 2 factor auth to my phone number but it's not coming to be because I think it deactivated my old sim so I can't get the 2 factor auth code.

Any suggestions?

H.

I am on iPhone - already messaged them thanks!

@Harrisom   whe SOS on your phone is something else.

Are you on Android or iPhone?

either way, it is a sim card provisioning issue, please message PM support now for assistance, they can re-provision it from their end

Hi, did that and code the code by email came and I entered it but I'm still in SOS mode and not connect to PM network yet. How long should it take to be active?

Hi, did that but it's trying to send it to my number which has not been ported over yet. 902-574-9015 is my number when I was on Eastlink and I transferred it over to PM but now it can't see that numner

@Harrisom   if you click Send email, it won't try to send to another phone number, it will try to send the code to your email.  Again, Resend Code then choose Send email

@Harrisom for the login 2FA, try Resend code and Send email

For the eSIM, did you get to QR code and did you install it?  does the phone able to connect to the network at all?

If not, try to reboot the phone and click Reset all networks
