I subscribed for the plan and selected the e-sim. unfortunately my device does not work with e-sim. I purchase the physicals sim card. How I can have my plan activated. Also I want to get the credit for the e-sim I paid.

Thanks for response. I get an error when I want to submit a ticket. not sure what is the problem.

only Customer Support can consider a refund as suggested above, but what make / model is your cellphone ?

@Mohammad1984 Submit ticket with support and get the to sim swap the number for you and ask about credit for buying new SIM card at same time
