Incoming call sometimes goes directly to old service provider voice mail

Looking for a quick resolution to the above issue.

@philbec: One other reason that it could be happening is if you live in a place where there's no signal. If the caller cannot reach your phone it will go to the voicemail. Is your signal strong in that location?

Number ported since December 28th, 2023. This is  happening to some of the incoming calls. Message already sent to CS.

@philbec: Did you port very recently? If so I would say give it some time for the porting to be fully completed.
