I don't have access to my primary handset or my email, can I activate my new sim by receiving the temp PIN via the alternate phone number on my account?

If you are swapping sim cards without access to your email or your current sim card then you must contact customer support and satisfy their extra questions to verify you are the account holder and then they can perform the sim swap for you.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

It sounds like replacing SIM.. as OP said " alternate phone number on my account?"..
btw, @Irate you won't be able to receive temp PIN or text via the alternate phone number, it doesn't really do much other than maybe for PM Support to validate your identity.

@Irate : Activate is a bit of a keyword around here. It sounds like you're wanting to change your SIM on an existing account. It only sends to the email or number of the account.
@darlicious : lol I also mis-read and re-read and decided on the above.

You don't need a pin to activate your sim card. But you do need a phone to put your activated sim card in that will send you the account pin # you choose at activation. If you activate online yourself you don't need to finish creating your account online as that is already done for you. You need to use the activation portal not the self serve account creation to activate your sim card.
Edit:
Ok I read this wrong....are you swapping sim cards?

did you loss your phone and sim and just got a new SIM ? If so, you want to keep your old phone number?
First, you should get your My Account login issue resolved first. Once that is resolved, you can then use Change SIM card in My Account and then have it setup on your new SIM card with your existing phone number
I understand you don't have access to your email address and that could be tricky in resetting your My Account login , but open ticket with PM Support by direct messaging and see how much they can help

Can you place the SIM card in an alternate device to receive this? It can then be moved to your device when available.
