account update to $24 for 4or5gb data plan?

Would it be possible to update my account to the $24 / month plan for the 4gb or 5gb plan?

Public Mobile likes to screw over current customers.

What would allow them to give the option to some but not to all?   That's a very slippery slope ...

When exceptions are made, they are on a case by case basis. There isn't any way to no for sure ahead of time that answer that an particular customer will receive.

@Lidia1934  Since it is for new activations only then in theory no, but you can try asking customer service by sending a private message using this link

@Lidia1934  Best to ask support if they can help do that for you . Some have been successful at getting the new activation only plans just by asking support
