bought a voucher it wont work took it back to the store. they told me to contact public mobile. I cant even submit a ticket to get help. because it tells me error login. nothing is helping

@AllisonBaptiste - if you have used vouchers before without issue, and now troubleshooting is not helping; contact CSA to assist and help add it on for you.

@Helper2 : Still some slight terminology .. after not topping up for 120 days.
1. Pay for a term either new or renewed = 30 days of service
2. Don't pay to renew = 90 days of suspension retaining the ability to renew a new term
3. Don't renew anyway after that suspension = deactivated dead account, gone, history.

@Helper2 : It's actually not paying at the 30 day renewal will suspend the account. Then you have 90 days until the account dies.

When was the last time that you paid for this account? Because after not topping up for 90 days, the account becomes suspended and the Sim card is no longer usable.

@AllisonBaptiste Where did you buy the voucher? how long you got the voucher?
Vouchers from some stores require 24 hours before it can be used.
