Hi, I just made a payment, but my line is currently suspended and I can’t make calls.
I need the line fully active today because I’m porting my number to another carrier.
Could you please manually refresh or lift the suspension?
This has happened to me once before.
The payment was automatically applied to a different phone number on my account, not the number I’m currently using.
That’s why my line is showing unpaid even though I already made the payment.

you account only has 1 number. Make sure you applied payment to the correct account.

@phat1 Have you tried rebooting the phone yet ? If not try that first if still same ask support to verify and fix
