Hi i've received a email from Public mobile welcome back? I must respond by Aug. 10 /21 or face losing my account and phone #. I'm always paid in full and never missed a payment.Can you verify?.

@MikeLem24 this is an open forum. We are just customers like you but trying to help.
Couple things, do you have active service on you phone? you can make calls and data working?
can you logon to My Account and confirm if your account is showing Active or Suspended?
Any chance you have another account before and you opened with another email but the email is an Alias to your current email acccount?
