i need my account number to transfer my phonme number over, but this website keeps sending me in circles. it says im logged in, but if im even able to make it to an account info page it just says error loading. i dont know what to do!!!

@danijt If you cannot sign into your account you can message support to get the account number . Also it’s possible to port out the number with just your phones IMEI number also . Thou I’ll admit having the account number makes this easier

can you login via the app ? or use browser with Incognito mode?
if you can login My Account, the number is simply on the Profile page
If not, you will have to message support and ask them directly

Transferring out I guess. If you still have your welcome email from here from when you signed up then the account might be there. You might need to look at the headers/source to see it.
You might also be able to use the device IMEI.
