a very low subscription

Hi, I want to visit my hometown and stay there for three months, so I prefer to reduce my subscription amount and return to my current plan after I return to Canada. However, I can't find a cheap subscription ( for example, $15 or less) in the list; all of them are more than $30$. Could you help me?

The above isn't correct, specifcally the part about "all" plans.  If the an old plan is still offered in the customer's account when another plan change is desired (it might or might not be), the customer can switch back to it.

$15 plan is currently only available for new activations in Quebec.

Generally, PM only allows you to switch to plans which are more expensive than the one that you have. Sometimes, there may be exceptions to this general rule. You just have to check what is available to you in your account.

The best advice is to unsubscribe for up to 90 days. As noted, you must resume payment before the 90 days are up or you will lose your account completely.

Adding to the other comments. Even if you switch out of the $15 plan. You can’t switch back to the original plan. This goes for all plans…once you switch…you can’t switch back to the original plan.

Unfortunately,  that's the way Public Mobile is operating now. You can only switch to what you see whrn you sign into My Account.

If yours is $30.00, that's what it is.

You've have to switch to it Unsubscribed for up to 90 days each time. Come back around day 87 and make a payment and Subscribe again.

@Accountant  Sorry the $15 is no longer available to switch to , and PM has made it harder to down grade plan price since taking away the old legacy rewards and moving everyone onto the new point system . Even then there’s no guarantee your old plan will still be available to change back too . But what you can do is turn off auto subscribe and your plan won’t renew on your renewal date . Paying attention to that date the phone /account can remain in suspended state for no more then 90 days before you need to make manual payment again or the account will be closed . So on the 85-87 day just make manual payment again for 30 days and you can repeat the process every almost 90 days . So you only pay 1x instead of 3x over the course of 90 days and keep your same phone number and plan

Turn auto subscribe off/on
