I have tried to send a private message to a moderator but am receiving the above message, I have check my sent messages and it says it is empty. Can somebody help

I'm in the same position now. Extremely frustrating and it's been an ongoing issue for a few weeks.

I had to wait for 2 hours before I was able to send a message back to moderators, it was really stressfull especially if you are trying to fix an issue and Private Messanging is not working as expected. For a company with no phone number this type of glitches should not happen at all.

@RTB, there seems to be a bug in the system as i have received that message as well.  I waited a couple of minutes and was able to send my message.

* Detailed explanation

Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(Eastern) to 9pm(Eastern) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(Eastern) to 7:30pm(Eastern)
