I went onto my account today to change my plan as today is my renewal date and I wanted more data. After I had made the new plan I wanted and payed the new price my overview is still showing the old plan that I no longer want. When I tried to fix this it wanted me to either wait another 30 day or pay again full price for the new plan. Is there anyway to fix this so I can have the plan I thought I was getting before the next 30 days?

It looks like an errant renewal took place on the old plan. The moderator team will be required to switch plans to avoid having to make a double payment.

@MissJess1990, did it take the amount required for the new plan for payment? If so does it show some money left in Available Funds?
