Wrongly choose esim , now cannot activate or switch to physical sim

I using the public mobile website to buy esim after filling IMEI number, then after subcribed payment, the phone said it does not support esim ( even the website check and said ok). So, the esim have not activated yet.

Now I want to switch to physical sim but the app does not allow to buy physical sim.

Please, help. What should I do now.

Did you already pay for the first month?  

If you already paid, then you will need to contact customer service agent to help switch to physical SIM card.  You could order from PM website, but it can take up to 10 business days to arrive.  You may want to purchase in store at Telus or Koodo corporate store.  Then you will give the SIM card number to CSA to register.

all I can think of is to delete the Public Mobile app and download a new one to start the whole thing over again.

I tried log out and log in again in app but there was only 1 option is to activate the esim ( which my new phone did not have).

There was no other option to buy physical sim.

try logging out of your account on the app. Then log back in to see if you can then buy a hard sim.
