So I haven't been receiving my plan benefits for about three months now and I've had no idea why until about 10 minutes ago when I noticed in the Public app that at the top of the Account tab, the phone number that is listed as "mine" is not my phone number. I have no idea how this could even happen, but I think I've been paying for some random person's plan this entire time and for some reason, their phone number has been linked to my account. My actual phone number is in service and I use it daily for calls and data, yet I can't see my usage on my account.
How do I go about getting this fixed and is there a possibility I can be reimbursed for the three months I've been paying for a stranger's plan?

how long you have been using PM services? if. you are on old Loyalty rewards, are you aware that PM has stopped that rewards system in May and moved everyone to Public Points?

It is this reason that you are not getting the usual monthly discount any more
For the phone number, are you getting incoming calls to the number that you own (the correct number). If you are getting incoming calls , then your account has the correct number linked

Best to contact a CS_Agent to investigate and straighten this out for you. Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent.
