Wrong add on purchased

Hello just purchased the wrong add on. How do I cancel it?

Open a ticket through chatbot or follow instructions (provided by chatbot) how to contact agent if ticketing does not work.

if the addon was not used at all, CS agent can help.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Reach out to the support team right away and explain the situation. Usually PM is no refunds but if you haven’t used the add-on at all and explain that it was purchased in error they should be able to help.
