I just purchased an eSIM for a new phone that I have. However, I was unable to use this in my new phone, and I had to use it on my old phone instead because my service was cut by buying the new eSIM. I need the new eSIM either emailed to me in QR code or will I have to go and buy a physical one. I am unable to get on your site with my new phone because it don’t have an eSIM yet.

Hey. I googled how to open a new S25 Ultra without requiring an esim. All good now. Thanks for the replies.

Got it figured out. There was a way to get the phone opened up. Thanks all.

PM esim needs the app, but you cannot download the app without the phone setup first. So, you can try to borrow an active sim card from friend first to setup the phone, then download PM app for esim setup
i think someone online say even a new, non active sim card would work too. So, if you have any new, unactivated sim card from any carrier, you might want to test using that as well
For phone that require a SIM card in the device before allowing the user to proceed into the phone after a factory reset, any SIM card will do (as long as the phone is unlocked). That SIM card doesn't even have to be a new/never activated SIM card. An old deactivated SIM card would even do.

a quick way to do is to ask a friend to borrow a physical sim card
if you cannot find one, ask PM support how you can buy a new esim and they send you a QR code
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Hi Phil. I am unable to connect to anything on the new S25 Ultra. I log into my Wi-Fi, and the next step is connecting to a mobile network. I am unable to do that.

hi @geoela
you might not need another phone. Just go to the Sim Manager (or Settings->Cellular on iPhone), make sure the old sim or esim is enabled (or Turn on this line is on). In such setup , the old one will work as well

@geoela You should have just needed to download the PM app on your new phone, log in with your existing log in details, and purchase a new esim (cost credited since you already had one). Is this what you did and it didn't work?
