Hi Public Mobile,

I am a long time customer of yours. I recently purchased a regular Canadian data add-on instead of a US- Data Roaming data add-on on May 6th, 2024..

Could I please get the Canadian data add-on purchase refunded?

HI  @Sword35  no worries, we saw this a lot and support usually can help to switch the addon without problem

  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
