At https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/en/how-it-works it says "Generally, data and minutes add-ons will remain on your account until fully used". At https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/data-add-ons it says "Data add-ons are valid for 30 days after you purchase them. After 30 days, any unused data will expire".
Is the first one wrong? Do people who purchased add-ons based on the first information get refunded?

Thanks for the clarification, which makes sense, given that it effectively raises prices indirectly. It would be nice if PM updated their webpages from 4 years ago! I'm glad I got my add-ons when I did because I'm still using them - it was a great deal!

The in Canada Data add-on last for 30 days only. The first message you read is from very old info...about 4 yrs ago PM changed the data to 30 day duration. It wouldn't hurt to ask Customer Support if you thought data didn't expire. I'd ask for credit to me account rather than refund.
