I HAVE A NEW SIM CARD BUT CAN NOT REGISTER IT, IT TELLS ME THAT IS THE CURRENT NUMBER, I DO NOT KNOW HOW IT GOT THERE OR WHERE TO GO FROM HERE??? THANK YOU ANYONE WHO CAN HELP

You should transfer number from old SIM to new SIM. You cannot have two SIM for one PM account.

did you try to login My Account or the app to update the sim card?
if you are using My Account on the Browser, go to Profile page, click the pencil besides Sim card number and update
but if you are unable to do so, ask PM support agent to help
