For the last 2 weeks, I have been experiencing the audio cutting out during my phone calls and the occasional loss of internet.
Is this a Public Mobile issue? Is anyone else having this problem?

your phone should work with VoLTE without issue. Check here to confirm

I've reset the phone multiple times. I care most about the phone calls. I switched to the 3G network this morning and it seems to have fixed things but this shouldn't be a permanent solution

voice and data issue could be a different one
what phone do you have?
But try Reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings
