Won't send pin to email.

My account deactivated agian due to my expired card. Just got new card but it won't send me email for a 6 digit pin been waiting for 1hr plus.

Sms dosen't work either please help!

@Rose604 @dblair1   working for me this morning.  It worked for you before?  Try again, make sure you refresh your mail inbox  and check spam folder

 

@dblair1   not sure if your account is active or not, if it is active, you can in fact have it to send the code to your phone via SMS

 

In case it still didn't come, open ticket with PM support

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:    

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Website is finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  

Or even try a different device (preferably a PC or laptop)
