Phone won't connect to WiFi or Data only on my s100 phone but everythibg works on my old phone

@Aliccia8869 S100?? you meant S10?
if you don't even have Wifi, it is a device problem and not the PM account problem. I suggest you to Factory Reset your phone and try. Start to make sure Wifi works before check with your PM sim card
