@Marshall2 - did you add the one voucher via 611 or through your My Account?
If the 2nd one is having an issue, wait one hour before you attempt to try again.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

I purchased two separate vouchers today for two different phones one worked just fine the other did not what’s the service number to talk to someone at public mobile before I get pissed off and tell the outfit to pump sand??

@Marshall2 how long you got the voucher? has it been 24 hours yet?
where you got it from?
Vouchers from some stores need 24 hours before it can be used. it is a problem with those voucher system sync'ed with PM system and caused the delay
If it has not been 24 hours yet, please wait
In the future, try to buy it from SDM/711/shell/London drug instead as their vouchers can be used immediately without wait time
