Payment Processed but Plan isn’t Renewed

Hi there it shows funds have been withdrawn and my account is active along with it being paid, but my data and texts don’t work still.

@gmb951  Try:

• restarting your phone
• toggle into and out of airplane mode
• remove and reinsert your SIM card
• can you try your SIM into another phone to see if the services work, ruling out a device issue here. They move the SIM back into your phone...sometimes this helps finicky things
