I recently signed up with Public Mobile but am unable to set up my Samsung Galaxy to switch over to 4G when there is no wifi?

that sounds like a general mobile data problem. What model is that Galaxy phone?
first try Reset Network settings on your phone. Then turn off Wifi and turn on Mobile data
if you have trouble still, test the sim card in another phone
if same, ask support agent to check. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@WenEll Ensure you have cellular data turned on in phone settings
