I have a feeling it will come, especially as 3G is planned to be decommissioned in 2027.

no wifi calling with Public Mobile....yet
sorry @pjc170896 , non, PM does not have WiFi calling and won't have it anytime soon from what we think
if you need Wifi calling, you will need to change to Koodo or Telus
